The contents of this BULLETIN, as applicable, are hereby incorporated into the referenced WVES Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be incorporated into any resulting Purchase Order.   Your proposal therefore is to acknowledge that it includes the requirements of this bulletin.  

The contents of the bulletin are:  

1. Please add the the following list of items to the bid documents:

b. Exhibit XXX - Drawing #900D-4299 Rev. 1, VTF Electrical Schematic Shepard Niles Crane #68668

c. Exhibit XXXI - Drawing #900D-4298, Rev. 1, VTF Electrical Equipment Layout Shepard Niles Crane #68668

d. Exhibit XXXII - Drawing #GC-35048, Rev. 3, VTF Crane General Assembly

e. Exhibit XXXIII - Drawing #E-2231, VTF Crane Girder Details


2. Please change the requirement of a mandatory pre-bid conference and tour to “highly recommended”. Offerors may contact the undersigned to schedule a tour of the proposed facilities.  

As a result, the due date for submission of proposals is hereby changed to June 4, 2008 3:30 pm EST.
