submission of bids for four (4) pre-engineered buildings located at the West
Valley Demonstration Project,

. The four (4) buildings will be
sold as one single lot “AS IS, WHERE IS” with specific
requirements and conditions of sale for the administration, supervision,
materials, equipment, transportation, industrial waste disposal, and labor
to dismantle and transport off-site the buildings and components down to the
concrete slab for commercial sale, reuse, or restricted recycling.
The buildings range in size from 20' x 30' x 27' high to 43' x 122' x
35' high, the latter with a 16 ton bridge crane.
